Estupenda actualizada, como siempre mil gracias Jesús...!

Es impresionante el ritmo de construcción tanto de las Icon como de las Tres Mares, se ve que el flujo de inversión es muy bueno.

Bueno pues como era de esperarse por cuarta vez posponen la inaguracion del tan comentado CENTRO DE CONVENCIONES DE VALLARTA o salon de usos multiples, salio una nota en el periodico donde bueno mucha paja, mucho direte y pues segun eso para diciembre lo inaguran, haber si en diciembre no dicen que para abril o para mayo.... a por cierto tambien pidieron 60 millones de pesos mas para terminarlo...


y al parecer sera un expresscity hotel el que construiran a un costado del centro comercial plaza marina

Estuvimos en pv por 6 dias mi esposa y yo hace un mes. Y tengo que decir que hasta ahora el crecimiento le ha quedado bien para toda vallarta. Fue buena decision no dejarlos llegar a ser altos a los edificios. Pero creo que ya es tiempo bajar o parar por completo tantos proyectos. No hay bastante lugar que vale la pena destruir para saturar a todas partes. Ya es bastante apretado en el centro y las calles no pueden soportar un aumento grande. Se queda mejor siendo como alguien mas dijo antes aqui, como la San Miguel de Allende de la costa pacifica.
Tienen una ciudad hermosa. Disfrutanla lo mas que pueden!

Inicio la temporada de cruceros este fin de semana en puerto vallarta, y quisera hacerles un comentario sobre lo que escuche hace unos meses en 1N con loret sobre una nota donde se mostraban muy contentos en Acapulco por que habian atracado tres cruceros al mismo tiempo por alla, excelente noticia pero dejenme decirles que eso por aca en vallarta es comun incluso 4 cruceros al mismo tiempo ya no es novedad, el martes estuvo en vallarta de nueva cuenta de princess el Saphire y de ncl el dawn, ayer estuvieron 3 cruceros en vallarta, de carnival el pride el cual ya esta en sus ultimos viajes por este destino, de norwuegian el star y de holland america el ryndam como les decia a partir del mes de abril del 2009 no vendra mas el carnival pride sino q estara en ruta el nuevo integrante de carnival el SPLENDOR con sus mas de 113 mil toneladas es el mas nuevo buque de esta famosa compañia naviera, esta maravilla tecnologia puede acomodar mas de 3000 pasajeros y 1150 tripulantes estamos hablando de mas de 4000 almas en ese barco comparado con el carnival pride de 88500 tons y 2,124 pasajeros + 930 tripulantes, aqui les dejo unas fotos del dia de ayer

vallarta imparable, fui el fin de semana, y bueno mi primer sorpresa fue ver el deck 12 de noche ya con su altura final e iluminado y se ve bien, ojala le metan buenos acabados, llama mucho la atencion llendo por la costera. me toco hospedarme en el holiday inn, q x cierto le hace falta una buena remodelada, y primero me habia tocado una habitacion con muy buena vista, pero la cambiamos y la 2da ya no fue tan buena. pero lo que si es que el venetian estando ahi al ladito se ve imponente y muy chido, a pesar que no soy muy fan de su arquitectura, se ve muy bien la vdd. y bueno tres mares tb se ve muy bien, y las icon con gran velocidad ya se ven desde la costera.

en muchas fotos q e posteado aparece la entrada a venetian pero con gusto en una pasadita tomo algunas mas

aun no tiene canales ya q estos estaran entre las 56 villas q construiran y dudo que se vayan a usar para q pasen gondolas como las de venecia mas bien son pequeñas lagunas artificiales con fuentes

no es hotel son condominios, por lo menos dos torres y media de la tercera sera de uso exclusivo residencial, aun no se define cual es la cadena q pudiese adjudicarse el uso de la otra mitad de la torre o por lo menos yo no estoy enterardo

esta seran de las ultimas fotos de estos gigantescos cruceros que posteare...ya q como les habia dicho anteriormente serian reemplazados por otros barcos mas grandes, a partir del 26 de febrero estara entre nosotros llegando el mariner of the seas de 142,000 toneladas que viene a reemplazar al vision of the seas, y en lugar del carnival pride a partir del 16 de marzo vendra el carnival splendor de 113,000 tons, ambos con mas de 300 metros de eslora 45 metros de ancho y mas de 4000 almas abordo, a pesar de la crisis el turismo de cruceros se mantiene y aunque llegaran en promedio 30 cruceros menos en el 2009 comparados con 2008 la cifra de turistas se mantendra debido al tamaño de dichas naves.

El buque realizo un viaje de 46 días por América del Sur, ya que no puede cruzar por el canal de Panamá, en Centroamérica, debido a sus dimensiones. Partió el 4 de enero de Puerto Cañaveral, en Estados Unidos, y efectuo un recorrido que se dividio en tres partes: primero hasta Río de Janeiro, segundo hasta Valparaíso, y el último desde el puerto chileno hasta Los Angeles, donde arribo el 3 de febrero.

asi es en la marina esta contemplado un hotel de la cadena marriot y sera ocupado en una de las 4 torres que estan en construccion dentro de tres mares, hasta donde yo sabia la torre C seria la elegida pero ya habi algunos espectaculares promocionando condominios alli "desde" 344 mil dlls por alli incluso se colo la imagen o un render de dicha torre mas no se confirmo si seria esa.

referente a las icon una de ellas ya esta en lo que podria decirse su altura final si acaso un metro mas para el remate de los cuartos de maquinas, las otras dos torres ya finalizaron los pisos de condominios solo falta un remate como de otros 3 pisos que le estan construyendo a cada piso el cual no recuerdo haberlo visto en las fotos de la maqueta que les presente.

me la jale jajajaja no son como tres pisos, mira pase de rapido por alli y tome estas fotos de varias partes q estan en construccion, con respecto a tres mares no hay nada al respecto solo esta la proxima entrega de la torre B que ya casi esta terminada y las demas torres todo esta detenido incluso me dijeron que la empresa q estaba a cargo de la cimentacion ya se retiro.

desafortunadamente no creo que en este año inicien con la construccion de otra torre mas en tres mares, la que ya va para arriba es la torre tres mil de venetian, ahora q pase vi que ya habian instalado la grua.

Las icon con todo y que si poseen evidentes diferencias de momento se ven como clones de las Peninsula, lo grato es que ya pronto las terminan!.

Por otra parte... Lastima que no le hubiesen colocado los detalles dorados del proyecto original pero aun asi que delicia visual se me hace el palacio Riu, gracias por traer esas gratas imagenes!
