^ Trump Biltmore is non-existent, and won't happen. The proposal was scrapped last year after serious neighborhood opposition.

[Azndragon837]

Centerpoint has 4 phases to its tower, and it is located in TEMPE. The first phase (under construction) is 22 stories at 79 meters. The final three phases (Phase 2 under construction, phases 3 & 4 proposed) will be 30 stories at 105 meters.
