I've doing some research on those giant WTC proposals for Chicago and as a result the database will need some correcting.
1) The names for all should be just "World Trade Center" as this would have been the offical name.
2) There were 3 designs. The first is the 2,300 foot (701m), 181 (source Chicago Tribune) story Bruce Graham/John Zils design made sometime in 1981.
The second is a 2,300 foot (701m), 168 story (source: Chicago Tribune, New York Times, Engineering Architecture: The Vision of Fazlur R. Khan by Yasmin Sabina Khan) Bruce Graham/Fazlur Khan design which was designed in 1982. The address for both of these towers was to be 300 North LaSalle Street.
The third is the Wesse design which was made sometime between 1983 and 1986. The height and number of stories in the database is correct.
3) The first two were to have begun construction in 1982 and been completed in 1988. The Wesse version, since it was a year or two down the line, was to have begun between 1984 and 1987 and be done six years after.
