The two red masses there, on the right, are the Chelsea Court towers; and the blue towers on the left are the Nina Towers. The lower blue building with a curving roof is 163.7m. It is quite evident that the Chelsea Court Towers are taller than 163.7m.
The estimation is formed by getting the "real height to pixel ratio" at the Nina Towers (subtracting their heights, and count the bixels between them), and then by similar figures find the "real height to pixel ratio" at the Chelsea Court.
Also, I have calculated the 163.7m line at the Chelsea Court by the similar method. After that, the heights are estimated as written above.
If you want the numerical figures, I would post it as you wanted.
