Yes, but our vehicles use gas like crazy and require maintanence on things (front and rear differentials & transfer case) that most cars don't have. Plus SUV tires are WAYYYYYYY more expensive than economy tires on small cars.

No, when I filled out the application, I listed diabetes as one of my medical conditions. I got a letter from the DMV yesterday thinking it was my license. They want me to get a physical. I have until October 19th or they suspend my license (they already voided my AZ license)

That sucks, but diabetes affects vision, can cause coma/blackouts behind the wheel and in rare cases (where insulin drops quickly) cause people to go nuts behind the wheel.

True, but this is just one in a long string of multiple difficulties in trying to declare residency in this state.
When I went to get my license, the Fullerton DMV office wouldn't accept my birth certificate (despite its raised seal and signature of release from the Hamilton County registrar) because of some "smudged" type in between my middle names. I had to drive to a different office (Laguna Beach) to go through the process, hoping they'd accept the lone copy of my birth certificate as proof that I was born in the U.S. (despite the fact that I had a government-issued I.D. from the State of Arizona)
