Not sure, but it would be good if they did; such an advertisement would only add, not take, from the South Park Neighborhood.

And anybody who thinks that such an object would divert a driver's attention on the Freeway is truly acting like a :dunce:. If that were the case, why not get rid of billboards alltogether; or for that matter, any object that can be seen from a distance? These people that complain are the same people that want to be able to see the scenery like the mountains, or the Hollywood Sign. HEELLLLOO?!

Kingofthehill, I do indeed shoot with a 40d. And a downtown shoot sounds like a good idea. Once I get through this crazy month at work, I might take you up on that offer.

This is how downtown should develop future lots. I mean on one parking lot you have Hanover, the Fine Arts Building, 1 Concerto Tower, a 7 story apartment, and hopefully within the coming year(s), the second Concerto Tower and the FIDM Building.

6 midrise buildings on 1 lot. I like.

I wouldn't say that. It all depends on how well the first tower does, sales-wise. Developers, after all, are in it for the money, and if they think that they can make good money on a second tower, then you bet your tuchos they will build a second tower. If the first tower pulls a Ritz Carlton Residences on us and ends up doing really well in sales, then I suspect you will see that second tower rise before you know it.
