Added. Is this a renovation and reconstruction, though, or a new construction?

So, when was the original structure completed? 2006 and 2008 are only the renovation dates, not the start and completion dates of the structure.

Orginal Str. was completed in 1905.

Thanks, and finally, what was the name of the structure in English? Any other facts you could give on this building's former usage and history would be great.

Thanks. It's a very interesting building. We have quite a few architecturally significant old factories in my city of Lansing, MI, USA.
