From the renderings, looks like it will have a great view, and I suspect a shopping arcade at the base, but do you have any pics of the apartment interirors?

Aren't those finished yet? They looked pretty much the same when I was in Beijing last time, in February!

In the first pic, the buildings look like they are surrounded by highways. not very pedestrian friendly.

That's only $1,000 per sq foot. Portland has places that expensive, and I know that Vancouver has some that are over $1,500 per sq foot. That would be $12,000 per sq meter!
