Generali Tower :

The heights for that tower are erroneous.
On the blueprint, heights are measured from the elevated esplanade where is located the main entrance on the 6th floor, heights are not measured from ground floor. A secondary entrance (VIP entrance) will be located at ground level nearby the circular boulevard (in the back of the tower on the blueprint).

The blueprint is misleading, the 5 floors in gray are not basement floors, but above ground floors. What is put in gray is the elevated esplanade which is connected to the tower on the Southwestern side, but on all the other sides, the tower is at ground level.

Here is a sketch I've quickly made to explain it better:

There are 56 above ground floors on the tower, not 50.
Heights from ground level are as follows:
- Spire: 318 meters.
- Roof: 269 meters.

I changed the spire height, and added the height of the other 4 spires to better help illustrators get the drawing correct. However, the roof height is not the height of the second highest 'spire'.
