Here are some pictures of Niagara Falls that I finally am getting around to posting. These are in the tourist areas of Niagara Falls, which most people have seen before, but I haven't walked around extensively in this area of Niagara Falls in years.

Clifton Hill was formerly the town of Clifton. The area was later renamed Niagara Falls and became the City of Niagara Falls.

Ha ha you can actually see Marineland in this picture....see that little tower on the top left, behind the falls? That's a ride at Marineland.

My initial reaction when I first visited Niagara Falls, ON was that I had suddenly been transported to Toon Town, LOL. (not saying that's a bad thing though) ;)

Thanks for the photos. :)

I know what you mean! I went there last summer and when I saw the "space needle" from 420 I was like," Am I near Toronto?" I knew where Toronto was in relation to where I was but by seeing all those towers it kind of played with my mind a bit.:haha:

Oh boy...the Niagara Falls tacky tourist trap.
It's like the Orlando of the north, except, with a big waterfall.

Uglier than Vegas... and it's hard to beat.
Too bad for the superb falls, too bad for an incredible natural place (was) which is now reduced to laughs.

Thank's for sharing your photos... I've clicked on a Niagara thread once again.

Anyone showing the «real» Niagara streets? I'd buy.

Thanks for posting. I've never been, but knew about how touristy it was. I always get a giggle out of tourists who go to Niagara Falls expecting pure wilderness...
