should make a pretty cool gateway with 18 yorkville not that this part of Yonge doesn't already have one (unfortunately)

Ok Phewph!! The fact that they turned the old Canadian Tire Façade into an empty hole / entrance to the parking lot makes me sad enough!!
CT is a Canadian Landmark and this bldg should be treated as one - rather than using the top floor for unattractive storage space!!
That building will definately fill in the area nice, especially with that little parkette right beside it!
Minus the yuppies, Yorkville is one of my favourite hidden gems in Toronto!
