Another exciting project in Baltimore has changed some.

The ICON at Canton has gone from this:

So, since it has to be scaled down because of the Canton NIMBYs, the hotel portion was cut and the main condo tower shortened by a couple floors.
It's around 250 ft. tall in the 2nd conceptual rendering.

Which one do you like better?

I think the first one was more impressive and would have made a greater impact (darn Nimbys).

Thanks. This ICON has been debated heatedly, (wait, is that a word? :D), and I'm sure this will still tick off some NIMBYS. But, yes, it's still a good project and I hope it gets built.
