Added, but the links aren't working.

Also, what are the uses? When you list mixed use, you have to list the usages associated with the building.

1-I tried again the links of the building and they are working.
2-I said mix-use, because according to that text in the appropriate site, says it has restaurant, cinema, theater, area for expositions, museum, offices and so on, so the use of the main areas of the buildings are very diverse. I tried to translate some parts about the use of it, its descriptions.
O Instituto Tomie Ohtake conta com sete salas (7 rooms for exposition)
restaurante (Restaurante do Instituto)(Restaurant), livraria (Library)

Well, when we're talking about a mixed-use, we usually mean a mix of uses in the tower. What is the main usage of the tower? Is the tower mixed use?

Well, the higher tower is for offices, medical, like dentist consultories and small companies, things like that. The other uses are in the lower building and ground floors. Of course the complex is all together to call them all Institute. As in main tower the rooms are relocated to third people the use could still be diverse. I see the project as an unique complex, including all buildings, because the architecture of it integrates both high and small buildings and the bigger rooms are between both. The smaller rooms are in higher building, as the main tasks of Institute are in the smaller one taken. Just one more correction It seems to me to be finished in 2006 and not 2005 as it was included as building as end of construction. The smaller buidling was concluded in 2001 but the all together was in 2006 finished. You can see that here http://www.institutotomieohtake.org.br/inicio/teinicio.htm Some rooms were still beeing finished in 2006. In the site some areas are still as under-construction, but as the site is not updated longer, I would prefer saying 2006 all concluded.
