Mine it T.O is actually two towers but they'll share some of the same base area and amenities I count them as one massive project.

RBC and The Ritz
610ft and 684 ft

Personally I'd rate it in this order;
1. Four Seasons
Turns out it might even be taller then the Ritz.
But in any case it will totally dominate the skyline in the Yorkville area, while the Ritz will simply compliment it in the core.

2. Ritz

3. The Met - This building gets almost no respect while being one of the best looking buildings to go up in recent time.

4. Quantum North

5. Bay-Adelaide

Four Season becuase it is one of the most beatiful towers I have ever seen, and Bay Adelaide just cause I'm so interested in the light display it will have!

Mines would be Commissioners park. Haven't seen any work being done on the sight, but suppossidly it was slated to be ready for 2007. What is up with that?

This will be great, while a few other cities ar getting one or two great projects, Toronto has been blessed with a bundle! A great big tall bundle :)

Yeah Whistler, I few years ago I would be getting pretty excited over a generic 35 storey residential tower. Now I prefer if they don't get built. - ice

Come on Caltrane there's no way Trumps going to get a construction permit. Takes more then a good web page to build in this city.

Is there any word on that? ...cause I have none.

You people need to be reminded that 2/3 of this veiw will be blocked by Bay Adelaide which is already in construction. Now do you still think Trump should get built?

OX The contractor on Trump has been assigned and the paperwork has been filed. So its a go.

And yes even if its partially blocked, we still want it to go up. BA will be a sexy counter balance to a sexy hotel.

the same would apply to anything built there. What about the 2/3 view from the South?

The same would apply to anything built there, so it doesnt really make a difference.

both buildings will greatly increase the presence of the downtown core from the North.

I think a lot of effort has gone in to making Trump fit in yet stand out in its high density neighbourhood. Architecturally its a winner. Originally I would have liked Trump to do something little less in grandure in Yorkville but now we have the FourSeasons. Looks like we get to have our cake and eat it. - ice

i think what the guy was saying is that trump will be blocked from the north by BA...also from the west by FCP, from the east by Scotiabank and from the south by Commerce and BCE. the only clear view of it wiould be form the north west and only if you are in an airplane.
