50+ floors of mix-use tower! Looks to be in the upper 500 ft. height range. Should be at least 52 floors. Maybe hit the '600' ft. mark when all is said and done. :)
The design is just, "ok", IMHO. :D
The hat could go. I'd prefer a better crown. :)

^ Yippee, tall. I would like to see a rendering to get a more detailed visual. Looks like it's going to be quite prominent in the skyline though.

I agree. :)

I think the design is "ok" too. The top looks too similar to the Marriott Waterfront. I think the design may change again. Particularly the top.:)

Looks good. Something about it seems very Baltimore-ish. ;)

It looks pretty cool, but it's hard to tell cause there is practically no architectural detail; It looks like a lego rendering!

who would they get to fill it? doesnt seem practical in baltimore's current office environment

True, plus the scale of the other buildings are not exactly accurate either. I was told by a rep of the Baltimore Development corp. that this tower should be at least 600 ft. tall and probably will tinker with final design.

Not sure if I understand your question exactly, but I'll try to explain perhaps a little more specifically.
This tower won't be an office building. It's 300 condos and a hotel with approximately 250 rooms or so.
It will have 40,000 sq. ft. of retail and parking. I don't think an office space element is figured into this project.
But, anyway, this CBD isn't really marketed as the CBD anymore. Like a lot of other cities, this area does not hold the main attraction for the office workers anymore. Most office space is being converted into waterfront property along the harbor. The area is now known as the "city center".
Hotels and condos/apartments are the hottest thing in this area. Some office is being planned in the city center, but not as much as compared to the scattering of office space planned or under construction around the harbor.
Hope I answered you right.

kind of. there is a demand for hotel rooms, actually. all hotel being proposed are quite low in number for each individual mixed use project.
