I'm looking where you say on the map, and all that I see is an object 167.6 meters in height.

What did you mean by "LMich knows its"? What am I supposed to know?

1 - Large numbers are height of hill. This hill is signed as little triangle with rays.
2 - This sign means tower or mast. A circle around its base means that mast is situated on a hill
3 - Little numbers near the tower or mast sign mean its height.

For example:
TV tower in Vinnyca

Motherland monument in Kyiv

I've added this, but in the future, I want you to do more and better research behind these structures. I know there is not a lot of info out there, but I want you to try harder.
