Nothing special, but anything's better than a surface parking lot. Proposed new office building for Erie Insurance on East 7th and French Streets. Should get built given the deep pockets of Erie Insurance, one of the nation's largest auto insurers.

^ It's better than nothing. At least you lose an ugly parking lot.

I used to go to a nightclub right around that neighborhood when I was in highschool/college (might actually be the same intersection)...it was called The Edge.

Anyways, that's cool, downtown Erie could use more office buildings of any size. It'd be nice to see a new scraper go up one day.

^ Yes, the Edge (I think it closed a few years ago)... that's a bit down the block on French St. When I was back home over Xmas, I noticed that it's now called Club 814 and there were a couple of shootings there... sounds like a fun place. You know it ain't a party 'til someone get shot!

Pretty cool building. Nice development for a city the size of Erie. We have this type structures here in S. Bend as well. Add a few more, it should spruce things up nicely.
