I add this, but Sliema did not currently exist within the database, so I did my research to find information on it, and add it to the database. The request form for a city is also include in the request form for a building. But, to help you out, here it is:

City Request Form

------------------------
City Name:
Native Name:
State/Province:
Country:
Population:
Population Source & Year:
------------------------

This is for the future when you post so you know how to request cities and buildings. The link is actually at the top of this forum. Make sure the population source is from your nation's official statistics department (in this case National Office of Statistics - Malta), and include a few sentences about requested cities and their official websites, if applicable.

If you could, as well, can you see if you can find a preliminary/tentative completion date for this tower?
