Ademas que edificio habia alli antes, no era uno como d 4 pisos, si alguien tiene la ubicacion exacta, y por lo que entiendo donde va, el parque Urraca va a quedar como encasillado, como LO ULTIMO QUE QUEDO

Dennovo

38 pisos

Ciudad de Panamá

Vía España y Samuel Lewis

Dennovo is a new concept in Panama designed for the growing relocation of corporate executives arriving in the country. The project concentrates on a niche market of high paid professionals working in the commercial and financial district looking for short to medium term luxury accommodations. Dennovo consists of large one and two bedroom turn key apartments lavishly furnished and with all the amenities and services expected in the best corporate hotels. Owners of Dennovo will have the choice of living in the property, renting the property with a professional in-house management or both.

Location:

Dennovo is centrally located between Via España and Samuel Lewis Avenue in the financial district also known as the Wall street of Latin-America. Everything is at walking distance including major banks, stores, restaurants, entertainment and hotels. Also, according to a recent a study, the demand for hotel accommodations in Panama City is 150% greater than at the beaches. This is attributed to business travelers coming regularly and not only during high seasons. The Panamanian institute of Tourism reported an occupancy rate of 79% in 2005 and estimates 88% by 2010

Developer and Architect:

Adsum group directors have over 25 years of experience in the construction and consulting sector and have contributed to the developments of luxury shopping malls, offices and hotels in Miami, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia and Los Angeles.
Arango Architects and his award winning principal, Gustavo Arango, are among the best architects in the country and have developed prominent resorts and ultra luxury housing in Panama.
