Now, it feels like a couple of years ago I remember seeing development breaking ground along Wilshire blvd in the heart of Beverly Hills, specifically on the corner of Crescent and Beverly Drive. As I was going down Wilshire yesterday I noticed that.....nothing has happened or so it seems. I mean, the building is up on Crescent Drive..it has been for a while, but the retail space at the bottom is still empty and the building as a whole looks vacant. What happened? And on the corner of Beverly Drive I dont even know what's going on there. Does anyone know??
