Facing the threat of foreclosure, an Austin condominium developer is suing its real estate broker -- one of the nation's largest -- for not selling enough condos quickly enough.
Shepherd Mountain Condominiums LLC has spent $45 million converting apartments into condos on the north side of Lake Austin near the Loop 360 bridge, called Montevista Condominiums.
