Just wondering, what other cities have downtown development agencies or business improvement zones? I'm mostly familiar with Winnipeg, which has The Fork North Portage Partnership, CentreVenture, and the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ and Exchange District BIZ (among others).

How do other cities manage their downtown renewal?
