Zakopane is the most important ski resort of Poland. Gubałówka is a mountain, which is visited by many tourists as to its summit ( where also the tower stands)
a cable car, built in 1938, runs.

Interesting Facts/Records (in own words): Important site for FM and TV transmission. Actual tower was built in 1972 as replacement for an 98 metre tall tower, which was built in 1958.

Ślęża is a single mountain in a plain area and therefore a very good site for a FM- and TV-broadcasting facility
