Well, you're wrong. It's not R.Rogers, it's N.Foster ;)
I really like that tower though, very elegant and sexy.

Opps, my mistake (it's always one of the two). I think it looks chunky and subpar compared to 30 St Mary Axe.

Jonas i have a question for you. It´s been a couple of years since i last visited london, and after seeing your and others photos i get the impression that London is leaning towards modern architecture, i mean i see i lot of steel glass buildings beeing built. Is it true or just my impression?

Yes, it's definitely true. New buildings are rising pretty much everywhere in London (with a lesser extent in Westend, but even there modern is gaining a strong position), if you only walk around the town you can see lots of cranes all around you.

Jonas,
I am extremely impressed by your pictures !!! and if you might indulge me.. I am by no means a great photographer but a few questions ?
1. What kind of camera did you use to take these pictures ? how many mega pixels ?
2. How did you get the colors to show up like that ?
3. Did you photoshop/ re-work these ?
I'm just stunned by them !!!

To answer your questions...
1. Canon 350D (in US Canon Rebel XT), that's 8Mpix
2. I didn't do anything special about the colours, perhaps a little correction in image editing software but it's mostly the lighting of the buildings and long exposure which cause these looks.
3. Yes, most of them, but I try not to overdo it.
