Judging by the rate it's going about 2-3 months. They wanted it done before summer, and it looks like they're right on target!

remember what used to be there? That crappy club L7. That was the most uncomfortable club ever. im glad they closed it and put something (almost) worthy of that real estate.

oh you are thinking of something else...im talking about the restaurant that is still there...some Italian place...but is anybody going to build above this building by putting a rooftop bar or something up there? its gunna look kinda funny with this brand spankin new sold out condotel with its ugly roof and lack of good architecture...

The Spaghetti Factory has been gone for years. It was probably one of the more unique locations because the building was ancient.

Yeah, it's supposed to have a rooftop bar. I'm sure Stingaree won't be too happy about that, but there are already more rooftop bars than I can count.

This place seems to be lagging. I remember they were going to try to open for summer, but now it's scheduled to open in the fall.
