Looks as though the Humminbird centre is ready to launch!
This thing will sell out in no time, if I had the funds right now I'd purchase here. It will be a very strong investment.

Absolutely an amazing looking building!!! I like the fact that the rendering puts the bulk of the podium directly on Yonge.

I pray this goes through. It could be for toronto what Swiss Re is for London. I love its sleek scimitar shape. I wonder if that little garden on it will be accessible? Probably, privately accessible.

As long as they don't make the base too heavy visually I'm all for it. The area could use a cutting edge post modern signature building. Looks like our little city is growing up. - ice

After Shangri-La, Trump, Four Seasons, Ritz, RBC, MLS, Bay Adelaide, and the seemingly endless amount of midsized projects, this Hummingbird Tower is really going to be the psychological 'cherry on top'. I see it as a real landmark as the last piece of the boom which will bring it all together.

"Shangri-La, Trump, Four Seasons, Ritz, RBC, MLS, Bay Adelaide,"
Don't forget; Signature, Success, Telus, Festival, Aura, Uptown, 1 Bloor East and maybe Shaphire & the Richmond Adelaide Center - all 500+
This city will be something else in a few years.

Is it me (and my POS computor) but I can't open the image above. I have about only three brain cells working today so that may be the problem.
In any event, I kind of know what the tower looks like from previous images/drawings but I'd like to see this redendering above. Anything, anyone? Cheers.
