Hold up, isn't the street infront of ferry terminal, historic properties call upper water street? I thought lower water was down near the brewery etc?

I don't know where Lower ends and Upper begins. Maybe Upper is only the part that turns in around the hotel and runs along Purdy's Wharf, the casino, etc.

Either way, I'm not a big fan of the pedways. They are unsightly and they were only really necessary because of bad 70s-era development.

That little bridge they built in front of Purdy's Wharf was a good idea.
