I just thought even though we see lots of discussions of high-rises, we never seem to talk about the builders. Lets see opinions from people who have lives in concord homes, or polyhomes etc.

How do the building companies differ in regards to quality work, creativity and value. How about some pics and examples.

Some companies advertise Ikea kitchens, some specialize in urban living. Some make really great master-planned communities. There are so many companies out there.

Good topic, I'd love to hear some examples, my friend lived in a westbank place in Victoria, and it was ok, but nothing special, might have more to do with Victoria's council than anything else, so I'd like to hear other people's opinions too.
