For the second one, Bayside at the Embarcadero in San Diego, what is your source for the start date of this project?

Mkmillenium,

We ask that people not 'piggyback' on other people's requests. Even so, it would seem there is still much debate over whether the Busan Lotte Tower is actually under construction. And, judging by our standards of what we consider construction, this will not count until we see significant work on the site. At the moment, it seems the foundation has been constructed, but that there hasn't been any significant construction, on site, for some time.
