Completed a couple of years ago but worth a mention, the cosmopolitan Hotel.

I like that building Its hard to find a decent looking brick thats nice and not tacky. It be nice to see when or if finished.

It does look interesting although I'm hating the idea of what looks like a driveway on the side... I hope I'm wrong but that's what it looks like.
