I'm really shocked at how scaled down the carnival is this year. This is probably due to the renovation of the old Kmart building into a hospital (past site of the 2nd children's carnival), and the Main Plaza renovation (Greater Dolorosa was the past site of a further corridor of stands and rides ending at Plaza de las Islas). Eagerly waiting for Girls Gone Wild at NIOSA on college night. :naughty: :cheers:
