Interesting Facts/Records (in own words): SNR-300 was planned as Germany's first breed reactor. It was designed for a power of 300 MW.
It was a highly contraversional project, as reactors of this type are very riskful. In 1985 it was ready. Although the sodium for the fuel cooling was already bought in, it never went critical, as one expected a shut-dow after short operation period ( in such case, using the building for other purposes would be impossible as result of high radioactivity level).
So the reactor building, which may be one of the most massive buildings ikn Germany sold to a Dutch investor, which transformed it into an amusement park.

What's the first link to? It's nothing more than a page to link to other parts of the site. Link me to the part of the site that has the information.

The first link goes to the operator of the amusement park, which is now in the building. Unfortunately, it does not contain much information. Most informmation are on http://www.kernwasser-wunderland.de/ws/content.asp?id=144&navigationId=39&navigationName=Allgemein
