This one, from the future buildout drawing for HSP. I think there is a thread in the NW section with a rendering.

there was a thread somewhere else although not sure where...this is a pretty ...old image of the project though...i think this was presented to the City Design Commission as a DA...I don't think the revised design has been published.

they both look pretty similar, but I do like it

A couple 325' in the HSP would be icing on the cake!!!

^ that rendering is of a pretty short building, unfortunately. I'd like to see the full height limit achieved with that 4-story podium.
Like that's gonna happen, tho. =\

HSP has this slated to start in late 2008. It is still going to be a condo building.

This project still looks similar to the last rendering although the base is different in the latest design and the tower somewhat different
The tower is 225' ( currently the maximum height) and thebase is 4 stories above 11th.
The building is brick and limestone. Should be submitted for Design Review first part of the year. The project will also include the design for NW Pettygrove between 11th and 12th since this portion of Pettygrove is private land and will be privately built although fully accessible to the public.

⬆ Actually not a bad looking building, imo.

It looks more like a Vancouver BC tower than anything that has been built so far - except its proportions are different.
I like the 5-story segment that lines the sidestreet.
The height will be the same as the Metropolitan Tower?

Block 17 will be the same height as the metropolitan. the floor plate is small although a little larger than the tower floor plate on the metropolitan.
