High Point is located just outside of Greensboro and is the second largest city in Guilford County The city has a population close 100,000. Greensboro and High Point have grown together so its like one big city. High Point is the Home Furnishings Capital of the world and hosts the world's largest home furnishings market twice a year. The city is home town of 2004 American Idol winner Fantasia Barrino and Greensboro native Jeff Varner from Survivor 2 is a weekend news anchor for FOX 8 in High Point.

I didnt take this but I came across some very intersting photos. I need to get down there my self and take some photos :) This Triad city is rarely seen on the forum. When it comes to downtown contemporary arcitecture, I think High Point licks Greensboro and Winston
