Well it's Korea we're talking about here and not China or the UAE. Supertalls there have been announced and approved by the dozens and no one has ever been built. So I remain quite skeptical about these...but who knows, maybe we will see a pleasant surprise. I really like the first design of these twisting towers.

I think the third one looks like the Korean version of the Moscow Federation Tower.

Yes, these are all very confusing.
I like the first one, and fourth one isn't bad. But the third one is very strange looking, starting out as a very angular building similar to the Hearst in NY, and finishing up as a cone. Dont know if I like that transition, but it does draw you in a little - kinda like an MC Escher drawing.

Twisting towers are the next fad in architecture!
I think I've seen a better rendering of the very last one before, but from the otherside.

The 610m tall tower looks like it's going to be the winds worst enemy and probably will not be the funnest place to hang around.

Who's the architect on the Korea Spire?
Ben Van Berkel's UN Studio based out of the Netherlands did that one. I believe it's the Busan World Business Centre.

Yea these Korea threads end up being nothing more than a figment of one's imagination and barely qualify to get posted here.
