Ok, there are plenty of people looking for construction jobs in Dubai - agreed?

Would anyone agree, finding GOOD people is harder?

Anyone know any good people?

I've been trying to get work as a Tower crane operator, but no luck here at all.
I want an apprenticeship in the worst way.
But I am not sure about international work- I have heard horror stories about how construction workers in places like Dubai live- No way would I want to set foot in one of those awful labour camps. Hell, I would not even put my cat in one of those places. Several people to a room? I think not.
Maybe that is part of the problem. There's lots of skilled workers out there, but the things they're hearing are scaring them off.
