I like it. :) One thing you could do is have buildings' heights varied more, some taller, some shorter, because they look too similar as the same height. But what do I know, I'm sort of a newb to making cities as well. I think I'm going to make one after seeing some of the awesome ones done by others in this forum.

y/w! The city looks much better now.

The city names are hard to think of. I've been thinking what to name a city I might make.

For someone of a tender age, I am pleased to see that you have demonstrated an interest in a cityscape/skyscraper/architecture related subject.
One important thing to consider is to give your work a purpose. Give your work a reason for being. Give it conditions necessary to grow, to develop, to expand, to evolve.
Nevertheless, I am sure this will be a good start for you as an exercise to introducing you to some basic elementary skills in 3D CAD.

Good luck :D

Yes, and not only that, but consider also how conditions influences the types and styles of architecture your buildings would have, the way they are laid out, and how they interact, connect, and relate back to their environment. One of the conditions could be that the geography of the landmass has an area with just lots of land, or mountains, or is surrounded by lots of water (like the one you have), or rivers. This could determine whether you want certain structures built within your city, like an airport, or seaport, etc, or how the form of the city (shape/structure) has been formed through those conditions.

You could also have conditions based on weather such as temperature, you could have a very hot climate (like in the desert) or a really cold, snowy climate (like near the poles), and could perhaps maybe an actual location in the world. With hot climates, you could develop some very interesting architecture, through ways of shading the city through colouring buildings white, or placing trees, and maybe even harness the sun's energy through use of solar panels on rooftops. Or it could be that with rainy climates, you could have architecture that would be very protective of the rain, and even ways to collect rain water. It is these conditions that give a city the reasons for being.

has anyone got any tips for me ?

How about some towers/spires on some of those buildings. Also, before that make the building heights even more varied to make it realistic. I know you changed them before, but even more would be better I think. Make one building taller than the rest so it stands out. A skyline somewhat ascending from the middle would look nice...but not completely sort of like the SkyscraperPage logo at the top starting from Burj Dubai tower in both directions.

I like the building, but I do think it stands out too much. I would make some of the other buildings taller to even it out.
