I know this is off-topic of skyscrapers, but still, it seems like a good place to ask:
We're planning a visit to Chicago in June. I'd love to find someplace interesting, but affordable, to stay. We won't have a car, so something close to train/bus lines would be best.
Currently, I'm eyeballing a couple of hotels in Oak Park (Carleton and Write Inn), and a B&B in Bucktown called "Ray's" looks interesting.
Any ideas?
