The complex belongs 2 buildings North Tower and South Tower.

So Please in the name include Torre Norte & Sul OR See bellow alternative entry.

Use: Office - As the building is shared with Bank and Administration Processes only, Courthouse is a little bit too hard for the bldg use.

In interesting facts has some unaccuracies. Please review it:

original Description
- Originally constructed for Caixa Edonômica Federal, the structure was bought the Tribunal Regional Federal da Terceira Região and subsequently renovated, and official reopened by Tribunal 22 February 1999.

to this Description
- Originally constructed for Caixa Econômica Federal, the structure was bought by the Tribunal Regional Federal da Terceira Região in 1989 and subsequently renovated, and official reopened by Tribunal on 22 February 1999.

Include this

The Regional Federal Court of the Third Region was created together with others four Regional Federal Courts, for the Constitution of 1988 (article 27, § 6 and * 186;, of the Act of the Constitutional Transitory Arrangements), with the objective to substitute and regionalizing the jurisdiction of the extinct Federal Court of Resources (TFR).

The Regional Federal Courts were inaugurated simultaneously thirst in Sao Paulo, Brasilia, Rio de Janeiro, Porto Alegre and Recife on the 30th of March of 1989, and they had his initial compositions predicted in the law #186; 7.727, of 1989.

EXPLANATION: 23 floors.

- The fact both the buildings has 23 floors + mechanical floor and ground one, counted and photografed by myself, as I lived nearby them in Jardim Paulista for more than 25 years, Neighboorhood where the Av. Paulista is located.

- Trully the Bank Caixa Econômica Federal (Brazil main Federal Savings Bank) and Tribunal Regional Federal (Federal Region Court) bought by TRF in exchange with CEF in 1989 and reoppened officially inaugurated in 1999, use since then in share, this south building in a complex of two twin (2) Buildings, one placed side by side the north tower. The main office representation for CEF and TRF is South East tower, the North West tower is for general independent offices.

Thanks for accuracy and sorry in translation.

These buildings are not connected at the base so they should rename as separate database entries.

What is the source for the other information?

My experience with this Bank CEF more than 10 years when I had a saving account at CEF in younger ages. Although both North West Tower and South East Tower seems not be connected at street level, appears two blocks, they are connected in 2 basement floors at garage, when the construction of all complex was done in same time. The South Tower has more information and sources in Web because the importance of CEF Bank and TRF spread in one tower, while the north tower has several small business offices without too many information as source to input here.

If you want to put both towers in different entries like WTC in NYC, it is ok to me, but i do not have much info about the north tower. Both are equal blocks of green curtain windows and concrete with 25 floors + 2 basement floors connected.

I found only this information with an office use type at north tower, a small law administration office called ADVOGADOS MALHEIROS in middle lower area part of the site.

On the photo of north tower you see the south tower, a piece on right corner of the photo and on the left the FUNCEF tower, both south tower and funcef direct at Av. Paulista. The north tower has pass to streets like Al. Ministro Rocha Azevedo and Rua Frei Caneca.Funcef building was afterwards built and I will request in another entry.

These two are seperate towers despite if they may share a usage. These towers will remain a seperate entry as they are two independent towers. If one was to be demolished, it would not make the other structural unsound.
