The property sits at the junction of several distinct Baton Rouge neighborhoods, including Southdowns, the Garden District and College Town, and boasts excellent access via Interstate 10 and major surface arteries (Perkins Road and Acadian Thruway). It is being developed as a modern, convenient “mixed-use village” with a variety of attractive destinations.

It is very suburban, but anything is better than an empty Wal-Mart. I am glad that area is getting a much needed face lift.
