Interesting Facts:

-The principal distinction of the building is in the dynamic play of fronts, which breaks the conventional linearity while forming projections that accompany three different useful areas from floors - 225 m2 on the first three floors, 300 m2 in eight intermediary road surfaces and 350 m2 in the rest.

-The closure of the type structural glazing, with laminated blue glass of 8 mm, is interspersed by the plates from aluminum that cover the columns of the bathrooms and it accents the movement of the front, contributing to increase the visual impact of the whole building.

A two-story covering of 430 m2 and a mezzanine, which shelters room of control and management, they complete the project.

A heliport was added to the building when it was concreted the 12 floor, explains Márcio Bottana Moraes, technical director of the building firm RFM. The structural designer re-calculated the structure, to support the predicted load of four tons, with the adaptation of some supports.

Interesting Facts:

This was only the starting point so that he did a geometrical exercise and imagined a block from glass contained in other, with central axles out of place. It seems to the front to have been cut out in the form creating two prisms, fitted how it was possible to spin the central volume. " It is a door that opens, symbolizing a building that receives what comes from the outside.

The absence of awning preserves the visual impact of the front and transfers to the sidewalk made into a garden the paper of the transition between the public and the private one. The access leads straightly to the areas of reception and waits from the ground level one, with 7,5 m from foot-right, illuminated from diagonal cornices that form superimposed plans.

the architect prepared a special drawing for the pieces of concrete of the front, which presents window-sill and bends, reducing the space for the incidence of heat. The reflexive glass of 8 mm of thickness and in two shades, when silicone was fixed by the system glazing in caixilharia of aluminum anodizado black, it works hardly like revetment valued by the contrast with the details from granit.

The coronation is formed by the heliponto of metal structure, which juts out ahead of the principal front, creating one more outstanding detail in the scenery of the Brooklin.
