It will have 150 residential units, ground floor retail, and parking in three underground levels and on floors two through six. Unofficial height is 305 feet, and the architects are Bruner/Cott.

I'm not sure what zoning on this lot is but it really wouldnt make any differnace it's Boston, NIMBYs are a way of life here. :(

People will fight to get two or three floors knocked off anything just to prove they can.

Your average Boston condo tower rises to about this height (30-40ish stories); that's just how high developments go in this city. Same goes for the office buildings.
