If you estimated let me know how (59.5) - although I can count 17 floors myself :)
As for spire - emporis says 86.9m - you say 87m - i guess that's not much of difference - so we'll leave it at that.

First of all, thanks very much for your help in changing and completing the entries with information. Your version of interesting facts for both first ones Blue Tree Towers is a bit better. Please include the facts for both buildings. I know that my English is something Latin, but I tried my best to give the best understanding.

For the third building the Spire is 86.9m high (Middle Steel Spire Height) according Emporis and calculated from feet, already here converted. The roof is 59.5m estimated, according to number of floors of 17+ground floor. Please correct the floors to 17, as by several photos, is the most correct. As you know, although Emporis is a good source, has too many errors. Please also adjust the Style, it is only modern. Many thanks again for your help.

Interesting Facts: Its investor Nassib Mofarrej also developed as owner the Hotel Mofarrej Sheraton at Al. Santos together Sheraton Hotels and administrated from Sheraton. Both buildings has similar exterior architecture like
pillars of apparent concrete detached of the facade and black glasses. Nassib Mofarrej also a member of Arabian immigrants gain too many money at Sao Paulo Stock Market Bovespa, developing such buildings, but also justice problems with Tax income. Today Sheraton Mofarrej was sold to Meliá, which administrate one of his buildings.
The building Nassib Mofarrej was rented from CEF-Caixa Econômica Federal in its beginning but today the use is general offices.
