-This is the 3nd highest lighthouse in the Netherlands.
-Famous about the Old Dutch money-notes of 250 gulden, where an image of this lighthouse is showed.
-You can reach the top floor by the 226 steps stair.
-The brick-wall is almost 2,5 meter thick, painted white-red.
-Ships can see the light from a distance of 18 Sea miles ( 56 kilometre )
