5to1-Tower ( http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=55080 ) will get according to http://www.5to1.de/presse/pics/FZ-2007-05-10-2.jpg 107 metres tall. Construction start is to be expected for autumn 2007 and completion for 2010.

Is 107m the spire or the roof height?

The text says:

107m for Total Roof. This does not include the Spire. 18 m more.
Site is 28.5m x 31.5m
29 Floors
Hotel with 150 rooms
170 Residential Apartments, 24 for old people.
The hotel will have SPA and Fitness Center.
