Saturday, Sept 29 from 9AM to 2:30PM free bus tours of downtown Fresno will highlight recent new building projects and developments that are now breaking ground in the area.
Buses will circle the downtown area every 10 minutes with tour guides onboard discussing new buildings, projects starting soon, and future plans.
There are 7 planned stops where passengers can get on and off the tour.
The Billion Dollar Tour will also include free musical entertainment and food/drink will be available for sale.
The event name comes from the calculation that $1 Billion in construction and remodeling has happened in downtown Fresno in just the last few years.
Event sponsors include The City of Fresno; Creative Fresno; Downtown Fresno Association; Fresno County Economic Development Corp.; Forest City Development; the Fresno Grizzlies; and others.
