I really liked D'Vinci's Inquest and it gave me a real 'Vancouver' feel when I used to watch it from Calgary. I've heard Intelligence is good but I still haven't gotten into it.
I also like Dead Like Me although I didn't know it was filmed in Vancouver...

i'm putting my vote in for the Divinci's Inquest and Divinci's City Hall series for the best filmed locally.
also, there was a show on TNT for a few seasons between 1997 and 2001(??) called 7 Days. little known scifi show about a time traveler, i'm not sure if SpikeTV still plays the reruns, but thats my other fave "filmed locally" series.
The Guard (hopefully it returns on Global) was another good one, especially local actor Ryan Robbins. mind you, he's the only one that gave the show any charactor at all.

I think I'll have to go with 21 Jump Street or maybe Danger Bay. :notacrook:

I *loved* The 4400. It's just an amazing shame the series was canceled due to the Writers Strike, and never picked up again. Especially considering the HUGE cliffhanger. Hmm, it was such a good show. It was like Heroes... only better, in fact, you can see where Heroes is probably (sometimes obviously) inspired by The 4400, especially the upcoming season.

The X-Files without a doubt. I'm surprised more people haven't mentioned it.

What happened to Xfiles? It was on a such a roll for so many years and then it just sort of fizzled with inconsistent episodes and lost plot lines... it's like it overstayed it's welcome and the writers just couldn't figure out where to go with it. Did it ever come to any conclusion?

Speaking of, I wonder what they are currently filming in Vancouver right now. One of these pre-production (with those exact colors) 2009 Camaro's is driving around with "New York" license plates on the front and back, near the Vancouver Art Gallery with a whole bunch of NYC Taxi Cabs with "New York" license plates. Looks like it could be a big production, if they were actually given the car! :P

What color is the Camaro? If it's a yellow/black hard top they could be using it for Transformers

Orange / black like that one. I had thought about the Transformers, too. Maybe he got a paint job :P?

Not likely... Transformers 2 is being filmed entirely in the US.
Also I sure hope they dont give bumblebee an orange paint job... the effect would sorta be lost.
