Accenture, Avanade take space at Stewart Street

Accenture LLP will lease 73,000 square feet at 818 Stewart St., a tower set to open in the third quarter, said building developer Schnitzer West. The consultancy, based in Chicago, will use the space as a Seattle office. It will share the space with Avanade LLP, a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft Corp. Avanade will make the building its world headquarters. First American Title was the first tenant to sign on in the building, which is now 50 percent leased, Schnitzer said.
