Yes, it is a cool rendering. I wish it had more color though... And at least some of the parking is below-grade.

The rendering is nice. The tower is......

Man, what's up with all the square towers!! O8, 2nd and Pike, 1918th!!
Seattle need tall skinny towers not square fat ones. At least the Heron Tower has a great design.

Does anybody know when this is supposed to break ground?

So apparently this tower is called the Kinects Building. It's 400 feet tall not 475 and 40 floors with a lap-pool at the top of the tower.

The article at Globest (http://www.globest.com/news/1161_1161/seattle/170888-1.html) is saying 440FT

Looks good. The Stewart & Minor Lofts are proposed for right next door (between this building and Stewart) but the website for that project is down - assuming it's dead.

Here's the SSP thread: http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=133112

Numerous buildings seem to be getting 10% bonuses for architectural features. I'm guessing the 440' is correct.

I thought Stewart and Minor would be a go since they are apartments and lowcost.

^ Nope. Condos (starting from the low 400s). The website is back up (it's only a front page).

I wonder if you're thinking about 1200 Stewart (which I don't believe has committed to apartments or condos)?
