1) Lapland - is a historical region no longer in use. The city of Lycksele is officially in Västerbotten County (Västerbottens län).
Additionally I would still insist on official population sources - even if they're older than in wikipedia.

2) If the mast was demolished in winter 2006 - shouldn't the status be "destroyed" instead of "built" ?
